The metal case holding the ceramic filter in the middle section prevents the ceramic layer from vibrating and making noise when the converter heats up. The metal case is welded onto the inlet and outlet pipes and allows the air inside to flow easily. The mono honeycomb ceramic helps to release gas in accordance with emission values. All products are additionally washed against oil and debris during the production process. It is a product that can be detected with a fault light in accordance with ISO 9002 and OBDA 2 emission standards.
