Technicial Specifications:

STEP 1 : REMOVING THE MUFFLER (0:41)

• Rust entry to the bolt connecting the muffler to the middle pipe
• Remove the bolts securing the muffler to the middle pipe with a 13mm socket and wrench.
• Remove the muffler from the hanger




• Sprays rust on three bolt flanges
• Remove the 13mm bolt from the flange
• Remove the exhaust pipe from the flange
• Remove the exhaust hangers from the back of the middle pipe




• Clean the gasket surface with a wire brush
• Replace the bolts and gasket.
• Attach the back of the middle pipe to the soldier
• Align front flange with new hardware
• Install a washer, lock washer and nut on each of the new bolts.
• Tighten 13mm bolts with a socket and ratchet




• Install the gasket on the middle pipe
• Replace the muffler and its hangers.
• If applicable, install the springs on the muffler bolts.
• Replace 13mm bolts
