Axial compensators are expansion parts that absorb the thermal expansion along the pipe axis. The piping system is divided into various expansion sections within itself and isolated by means of fixed points. Thus, the movement occurring in an expansion zone is absorbed by the axial compensator used in this zone.

Axial expansion compensators are manufactured with standard 30 and 60mm expansion, but special productions are possible within other desired expansion values. The liner material is used optionally, to give smoothness to the flow and to cut the connection between the bellows and the fluid. Depending on the temperature and pressure of the fluid used, the bellows material, wall thickness and number of floors are designed.

Material Structure:
Bellows and liners are produced in stainless steel, fittings in stainless steel or carbon steel in accordance with DIN 17440. Other materials can be produced upon request.

Pressure Values:
Axial metal bellows compensators are produced in standard PN16 pressure class, and they are produced as a result of special designs for higher pressure classes. The operating pressure depends on the nominal diameter and operating temperature.

Depending on the material, from -196°C to + 600°C
