PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can make your payments for your orders from exhaustmarketim.com in 4 different ways. In these payment options, your order must be sent to us via the website, mail order, telephone or fax.

You need to add the products that will compose your order to your SHOPPING CART after you find and specify the products by browsing the category subpages or using the search function. For this, you can use the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.

You can start your payment process after you put the products you will order on exhaustmarketim.com into your SHOPPING CART and click the COMPLETE ORDER button. You will be asked by which method you would like to make your payment. As we mentioned at this stage, you have 3 options.

1. ONLINE Credit Card Payment

After this stage, if you do not have a registered user account on exhaustmarketim.com , you will register your membership by entering your information. While your e-mail address and password are sufficient for membership registration, your contact information must be fully introduced to the system so that we can forward your order to you. Being a member of exhaustmarketim.com . does not require any payment. You can also get it from the quick order section without being a member.

Enter your delivery and billing information completely on the page that appears after the user registration stage and continue to the next page.

You will be asked for your credit card information on the payment page, fill in this information completely. After making your check on this page where all the details of your order are listed, finally press the "CONFIRM ORDER" button. At this stage, your information will be directly queried by the VirtualPOS system of the relevant bank and the payment will be processed. When the required payment is confirmed on your credit card, the order confirmation page will appear, the system will define an order tracking number for you, and an e-mail summarizing your order will be sent to you automatically by the system.

If you do not want to pay by credit card, you can also use the "Fax Order" and "Order by Money Order" payment methods at the bottom of the page where you select your payment method.

2 . Payment by TRANSFER / EFT

The starting time for the preparation of the order for the payments you will make with this method is the moment when the payment is transferred to the relevant account. For this reason, in your EFT orders, you should consider that the payment is not transferred to our account at the time of the transaction. In wire transfer payments, this process is usually simultaneous. To speed up your transaction, you can send the receipt of your payment to
our fax number 0462 325 93 59 , or you can send the receipt information to exhaustmarketim.com as an e-mail.

In order to make your payment by bank transfer method, you must select the option “I want to pay by wire transfer / EFT” after placing the products you will order on exhaustmarketim.com into your SHOPPING CART . Thus, the registration of your order will reach us completely.
On the payment page, select the bank to which you will transfer and click the "Order by Wire Transfer" button.

The transfers you have made are approved by the system within 1 working day at the latest.

When your transfer is in our account, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and your order will be processed.

Remittance orders that have not been paid within 24 hours will be automatically updated and the payment amount change for the relevant order, if any, will be communicated to you. Exhaustmarketim.com will not be responsible for price changes that will occur in your order during the time you specify your order regarding the money order to the system and you will perform the transaction, and will notify you of updates when necessary.

How Does Mail Order/Phone Order Work?


With the form; The customer signs the form with basic information such as the nature and price of the product or service they want to buy****** indicates the credit card number and expiration date. When the customer sends the form to your workplace by mail or fax, he/she agrees to pay for the product or service he/she wants to buy by card.


You can send these requests from your customer in lists by fax, or you can send them with the file transfer method offered free of charge by your bank, and you can get the results of your requests on the same day.


With phone; The customer can make transactions by sending the product he wants to buy to you by phone and giving the card number and the expiry date of the card. In this case, you can get instant approval by using a POS terminal given to you by the bank. After receiving approval from the bank, it delivers the product or service to the customer. The approved transaction is recorded in your account by the bank.



• How will I pay with Mail Order?

When your order is received by the company you shop from, a Mail Order Form specially prepared for you, in accordance with the payment type and installment option you have chosen, will be sent to you by fax for your approval by your company representative.
You will have completed the payment process when you send the form by fax to your company with the other necessary documents requested by the banks to be used in identity verification by filling in and confirming the required parts.

Is it safe to pay with Mail Order?

Mail Order allows you to pay using your credit card only with your approval. Payment cannot be made without your written and signed consent. For this reason, Mail Order is a reliable payment system.
The form containing your signature of the payment order and the date of that day can be used only once.
• Who can see the credit card information in the Mail Order Form?

The Mail Order Form is only seen and processed by the payment officer authorized to send payment orders by the contracted banks of your company. With the information in the Mail Order Form, it is not possible to carry out any transaction other than the one you have signed and approved.

  DELIVERY OPTIONS            


How long does it take to deliver products that are out of stock?
When you order a product that is out of stock, you will be notified of the delivery time within 24 hours. This period is minimum 2 days and maximum 15 days. If you do not accept the delivery time notified to you, your money will be refunded and your order will be cancelled. If you accept the specified time, your order will be processed.
exhaustmarketim.com guarantees that it will not reflect the price changes (excluding the changes in the VAT rate) that may occur until the delivery time to the customer.


How many days is the delivery time for the products in stock?
For products that are in stock, orders placed before 17:00 every day except Sundays will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 17:00 will be delivered on the next day, orders placed after 17:00 on Saturday and on Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Natural disaster, war, fire, terrorism, etc. In exceptional cases, the delivery time is variable.


How much do the shipping times differ for local and international orders?

With which cargo company will my order be delivered?
Our deliveries are made with contracted cargo companies. However, in special cases, our customer has the chance to deliver with the cargo he/she wants, provided that the cargo fee is covered by the buyer.  


What should I look for when I submit my order ?
You can receive your order by presenting a picture identification document and your signature. Please open the product packaging when receiving your product and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. If you encounter the opposite situation, please prepare a report with the cargo officer and send the relevant document to us.


How will I pay the shipping fee?
For your purchases over 200 TL (hundred Turkish lira), the shipping cost is covered by us. For your purchases below this amount, the shipping fee is determined by the system according to the size and weight of the product or products you receive, and the total amount you will pay is displayed before you.

What happens if there is no one at the address during delivery ?
The courier will leave you a news form with the phone number of the courier company. You need to call the cargo company and get information within 3 working days following the release of the news form.


Can I change the delivery person after placing an order?
It is not replaced the person taking the order after give an order.


Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order that has been approved by the bank. If it is a confirmed order, you must cancel your order and place a new order.


What should I do when there is a delay in delivery?
